Realty Capital Partners (RCP) is one of a group of companies formed in 1975 with the primary focus of developing office and research & development projects in the I-270 corridor in Montgomery County, Maryland. John T. Kenney, President and founder, and Howard C. Brown, co-founder, have been responsible for the development of over 1,500,000 square feet of office space in the corridor.
RCP is pleased to announce their latest development, FallsGrove West, Rockville for an anticipated 2010 delivery. This project will contain up to 135,000 square feet of office space. The site adjoins our Research West Corporate Center.
RCP is actively seeking additional office building sites in Suburban Maryland and Virginia.
