Realty Capital Partners (RCP)
is one of a group of companies formed in 1975 with the primary focus of developing office and research & development projects in the I-270 corridor in Montgomery County, Maryland. John T. Kenney, President and founder, and Howard C. Brown, co-founder, have been responsible for the development of over 1,500,000 square feet of office space in the corridor.

July 7, 2010-RCP President John T. Kenney announced today that the Realty Capital Partners corporate office in McLean would be merged with its Rockville office effective September 30, 2010.  Mr. Kenney will relocate his office into new, larger space at the Research West Corporate Center in Rockville.  The consolidation will allow Realty Capital Partners to more efficiently serve its customers in the I-270 corridor.

In an effort to recognize energy conservation in 2009 and forward, Realty Capital Management continues to implement energy saving programs including fluorescent lamp replacement and installation of electronic ballasts. Since implementation in January of 2008 we have received approximately HVAC costs by 4%. Since lighting represents about 50% of office building electric costs we hope to reduce this cost by approximately 12%, and are thereby reducing tenant operating expenses.
