John T. Kenney — President John Kenney began his career in commercial real estate with the Wall Street investment banking firm of Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. in New York. In 1975 Mr. Kenney and the principals of West*Group founded Realty Capital Associates (RCA). In 2000, Mr. Kenney and Mr. Brown founded RCP, the successor to RCA. During his career Mr. Kenney has acquired, developed and financed projects valued at over $500,000,000.00. He has arranged public and private syndications and sale leasebacks as well as traditional debt financing and is widely known for his expertise in rezoning, construction and land/office building development, particularly in the I-270 Corridor of Montgomery County, MD. Mr. Kenney is also active in community activities and education together with serving as both Chairman and member of various committees of the Washington National Cathedral.
	Howard C. Brown — Executive Vice President Howard Brown has been in the commercial real estate business in the Washington metropolitan area since 1977. He is a life member of the WDCAR Multi-Million Dollar Leasing Club, has testified as an expert witness in matters involving commercial real estate, as well as lectured at the University of Maryland University College. He holds real estate licenses in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia andTexas.
	Timothy O. Allen – Senior Vice President Timothy Allen is licensed in Virginia and Maryland and has been in commercial real estate since 1979.  He has represented clients such as Northrop Grumman, Symantec Corporation, Integrity Applications Incorporated, and NASA.  He is a member of NAIOP.
	Patricia Cassada Kelley – Commercial Sales and Leasing Pat Cassada Kelley has a background in administration, marketing and research.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Strayer University.Pat has a Virgina real estate license.
	Barbara S. Pierson - Senior Property Manager Barbara Pierson has been in the commercial real estate business in the Metropolitan area since 1982.  She is responsible for the daily operations of the buildings in the portfolio, tenant relations, budgeting and retaining the value of the properties for the Owners.  RCP’s commitment and dedication to their tenants and their ability to establish long term relationships were the major reasons for Barbara joining the RCP team.  Barbara has a Maryland real estate license.
	Noël C. Chaney - Vice President Noël Chaney holds two titles with RCP Companies.  She is a Vice President of Realty Capital Partners, LLC. She is also a Senior Property Manager with Realty Capital Management,LLC. Noël is actively involved in commercial real estate including daily management for her properties and provides excellent customer service to her tenants. Noël is also involved in, budgeting, tenant builds outs and has consulted on the design and functionality of tenant spaces as well as building improvements. Noël has a Maryland real estate license.
	Janet Reyda – Certified Public Accountant Janet Reyda, CPA has been an accounting services consultant for the past 17 years. She has expertise in start up accounting departments, audit preparation, financial reporting. Her previous work in the private sector included construction, software development and government contracting companies in manager and controller level positions.
