John T. Kenney — President
John Kenney began his career in commercial real estate with the Wall Street investment banking firm of Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. in New York. In 1975 Mr. Kenney and the principals of West*Group founded Realty Capital Associates (RCA). In 2000, Mr. Kenney and Mr. Brown founded RCP, the successor to RCA. During his career Mr. Kenney has acquired, developed and financed projects valued at over $500,000,000.00. He has arranged public and private syndications and sale leasebacks as well as traditional debt financing and is widely known for his expertise in rezoning, construction and land/office building development, particularly in the I-270 Corridor of Montgomery County, MD. Mr. Kenney is also active in community activities and education together with serving as both Chairman and member of various committees of the Washington National Cathedral.
Howard C. Brown — Executive Vice President
Howard Brown has been in the commercial real estate business in the Washington metropolitan area since 1977. He is a life member of the WDCAR Multi-Million Dollar Leasing Club, has testified as an expert witness in matters involving commercial real estate, as well as lectured at the University of Maryland University College. He holds real estate licenses in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia,Texas and Nevada.
Timothy O. Allen – Senior Vice President
Timothy Allen is licensed in Virginia and Maryland and has been in commercial real estate since 1979.  He has represented clients such as Northrop Grumman, Symantec Corporation, Integrity Applications Incorporated, and NASA.  He is a member of NAIOP.
Milton T. High — Senior Vice President
Milton High has been responsible for the design and construction of major public and private sector projects in the Washington area, throughout the U. S. and the Middle East. At RCP Mr. High serves in the capacity of Construction Executive and is responsible for design and construction.
Patricia Cassada Kelley – Commercial Sales and Leasing
Pat Cassada Kelley has a background in administration, marketing and research.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Strayer University and is licensed in Virginia as a real estate salesperson.
Barbara S. Pierson - Senior Property Manager
Barbara has been in the commercial real estate business in the Metropolitan area since 1982.  She is responsible for the daily operations of the buildings in the portfolio, tenant relations, budgeting and retaining the value of the properties for the Owners.  RCP’s commitment and dedication to their tenants and their ability to establish long term relationships were the major reasons for Barbara joining the RCP team. 

Noël C. Chaney Property and Customer Service Manager
Noël Chaney, Property Manager for Realty Capital Management, has been involved in Commercial Real Estate Management for the past 10 years. During her time in Commercial Real Estate, Noël has been actively involved in all aspects of daily management for her properties and provides excellent customer service to her tenants. Noël has also been involved in tenant builds outs and has consulted on the design and functionality of tenant spaces as well as building improvements.

Janet Reyda – Certified Public Accountant
Janet Reyda, CPA has been an accounting services consultant for the past 16 years. She has expertise in start up accounting departments, audit preparation, financial reporting. Her previous work in the private sector included construction, software development and government contracting companies in manager and controller level positions.
Susan T. Brook – Director of Administration
Susan Brook has a background in Information Technology and office automation and has worked with several Fortune 100 companies and government agencies. She handles system and administrative functions at RCP.
Joan M. Glock – Tenant Services Coordinator
Joan Glock has been working since 1966 using her customer service and office administrative skills in businesses related to electric, law, medical, education, financial aid, and insurance. At RCM her main function is to take service call requests to dispatch, track, and report.
